It wasn't until the cameras were set up that it dawned on me. I have no idea how to use this gym bench. It was brought for a new years resolution to produce naked fitness videos for you guys 2 years ago but, just like now, I was clueless. I'm a bit of a simp and struggle to follow basic instructions so, learning how to use the bench via youtube 'how to' videos was a failure. I came across a basic work out that looked pretty easy but as you can see, I did it wrong in almost everyway possible. Forgive me for my incompetence. The angle could have also maybe been better, I'm still learning! (years into my career) again, please forgive me. If you happened to enjoy this video please leave your mark! ♥️
