Added 2022-07-26 19:02:06 +0000 UTCThe views are spectacular in Mesa Verde park. I think this was my favorite place to stay. You can stay at the lodge in the park, about 1-mile drive onto the Mesa. The rooms are modest and comfortable and just provide the essentials (no TV/electronics). I thought it was perfect. Because you're not there to stay in the room, you're there to see the park. And everyone should experience a truly dark sky at night.
