Where I reach for inner peace in yoga, not for an ideal body. I turn on music, the kind that goes not to my ears, but to my soul. Sometimes I get stuck on YouTube — to recipes, interviews, or just something carefree and kind. I cook with pleasure, even if only for myself: I cut vegetables slowly, as if I were dancing with them. And then — I go for a walk. Without a goal, without a route. Just to remember how beautiful it is to be alive. You know, I believe: an ideal weekend is not with whom, but in what state. But still... sometimes I wonder — would you want to spend such a day next to me? Or do you have your own ideal day off? 😉💋
