I enjoy floating legs but for increased stabilization you can do legs up the wall, or in sanskrit, Viparita Karani. Benefits include- ⚫️decompression of low back ⚫️increased circulation ⚫️movement of qi (energy in the body) ⚫️supports lymphatic drainage ⚫️DE STRESS I do this posture at least 2x a day whether my back is hurting or I simply need a moment to myself, anywhere from 3 minutes to 30 minutes.
