Teetering between wish I had a boyfriend and isolating myself. Watching some anger management videos on YouTube. I don’t think I actually have an anger problem all the time... I think a lot of people are inconsiderate of what they say to me and I have a right to be angry about that.
I can’t do anything about that. I’m human and still need to let things out. It’s draining me and keeping me from doing really important things. I wish people had more self-awareness or considered me as a person when they talk to me. I feel like people just want to watch me spiral down and it’s weird. It’s interesting. It’s maddening. It’s pushing me away from people. I’m gonna cry a few minutes and then try to take care of things.
